BEIRUT (AP) — Gas-rich Qatar on Monday announced investments in Lebanon worth hundreds of millions of dollars to improve the crisis-hit nation’s crumbling electricity sector and to continue support for the Lebanese armed forces and the return home of Syrian refugees.
